Refund Policy

Scope
This policy applies to RaceCharts Pro monthly subscriptions and to video-export purchases made before the one-time option was retired. RaceCharts provides immediate access to digital video-export functionality after payment.
Monthly renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel through the RaceCharts billing page at any time to prevent the next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and does not by itself refund the current period.
Legacy video-export purchases
Unused one-time exports purchased before September 1, 2026 remain available. If a render fails or is cancelled, the export remains available automatically. Once a video has completed, the purchase is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. An approved refund removes an unused export.
Pro upgrade credit
When checkout applies a previous export purchase to the first Pro month, that purchase has been used as a discount and cannot also be redeemed separately. The final amount is always shown before payment.
Refunds
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a paid period has begun, except where required by applicable law or approved under Dodo Payments’ buyer terms. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights in your country.
How to request a refund
Dodo Payments is RaceCharts’ Merchant of Record. Use the support or refund link in your Dodo Payments receipt, or open the customer portal from the RaceCharts billing page. You may also email hello@racecharts.io and we will help route the request.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once or did not authorize a purchase. We may ask for the transaction identifier, but never send full card details by email.
Processing
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary. A full refund may end the Pro access connected to the refunded subscription period or remove the related video-export credit.
