About RaceCharts
RaceCharts is a web-based data visualization editor for creating animated chart projects and video exports. It is operated by Sergey Krohin, an Israeli sole proprietor operating under the RaceCharts brand. Contact: hello@racecharts.io.
Your account
You may edit a local draft before signing in. An account is required to save projects in the cloud or use export features. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. RaceCharts is intended for users aged 18 or older.
Your content and exports
You retain ownership of data, text, images, audio and other materials you provide. You authorize RaceCharts to process and temporarily render that content as needed to operate the service. You may use and publish your exported videos, but you remain responsible for having the rights to every dataset, logo, image, audio track and other asset you include.
Subscriptions and billing
RaceCharts Pro costs $9.99 per month and includes unlimited financial searches, dataset builds, cloud MP4 exports, CSV downloads and portable project downloads while the subscription is active, unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. Ask AI and the mobile editor are currently in private testing and are not included in the public offering. Pro begins when payment succeeds and renews monthly until cancelled. Taxes may be added where required. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and processes payments, taxes, invoices, cancellations and refunds under its applicable buyer terms. Any unused video-export credits purchased before September 1, 2026 remain valid until used or refunded.
Cancellation
You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use RaceCharts to violate law or third-party rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with rendering infrastructure, evade usage or payment controls, scrape or resell the service, or create deceptive content presented as verified fact.
Data and output accuracy
RaceCharts animates the information you provide. It does not independently verify every value, source, calculation or claim. You are responsible for reviewing chart data, labels, sources and final videos before publication.
Service availability
We may change features, pricing, limits or infrastructure and may suspend access for maintenance, security, abuse, unpaid charges or legal reasons. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted rendering or permanent availability of temporary render files.
Disclaimers and liability
RaceCharts is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaceCharts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, publication errors, missing data, third-party claims, or outages beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your location require otherwise.
